Freedom

Hi,

I was just pondering after the birth of my daughter.

When ever she is an adult our civil liberties will be even further restricted.

Its an unfortunate fact that as the population of the world increases more rules must be introduced to manage us.

We are on the road to disater-soon there will be too many and then what do we do?

I don't think it's that we NEED more rules for more people, I think it's just that the power-hungry can't resist the chance to use that excuse to grab more control of our lives.

I think they are planning a big war in the next few years. World war maybe. I know the American government is. If they get their way, it will take the world population down a few notches. The people in control of my country are "out of control". If Iran, Russia, China and the U.S. end up shooting at each other, things will get interesting real fast. Let's hope I am wrong.

Die?

Sorry, might sound sarcastic but isn´t meant that way. It is a biological failsafe mechanism, in my opinion. We will simply rout ourselves by wars, pestilence, dieseases and the like, maybe even some meteorite crashdown. No worries, though, nature will be there still. Even on Mars there is nature. We cannot live there, but nature it is.

I am with you: I would not want to live as long as to experience the future of mankind. Death bears less horror to me than the society of the future. And death will mean freedom. I am not being depressed, but there always will be facts not under control of the dictators. And death-individual death- is one of them. Funny, how black hopes always seem to live the longest...
