Passing on some skills

 Hi

There is a great pleasure in passing on knowledge. In fact you allways learn something yourself.

In teaching we learn,

A few pics form a recent course I helped run.

Alternative ways to make fire, is a never ending task, i say. You can always think more ways to create vital fire, and i think theres so many ways to do it that no-one is never the master of every way.

Bowdrills are good example of that. I see often mentionings of it, but sadly, i rarely see people giving it a shot on the camp, and they just settle to speculate about it.

Not you, i see. Good!

It's good that some will teach, it's a rare form of selflessness. Also, in this day and age, it always amazes me when I meet someone willing to learn! Most folks think theyn already know it all.
