Alternative ways to make fire, is a never ending task, i say. You can always think more ways to create vital fire, and i think theres so many ways to do it that no-one is never the master of every way.
Bowdrills are good example of that. I see often mentionings of it, but sadly, i rarely see people giving it a shot on the camp,and they just settle to speculate about it.
It's good that some will teach, it's a rare form of selflessness. Also, in this day and age, it always amazes me when I meet someone willing to learn! Most folks think theyn already know it all.
nice, nothing quite beats helping others out, im running a short friction fire course this Sunday for a local conservation group im involved with, really looking forward to it
